2. Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of our website and consultation services. Please read them carefully before booking. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of these terms.

  • Consultations are strictly 60 minutes long and conducted online.
  • Users must provide accurate information during the booking process.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
  • The information provided during consultations is for general bookkeeping advice and does not constitute a formal audit or legal opinion.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to technical issues or emergencies.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a fair process for cancellations and refund requests for our online consultations. Please contact our support team for any issues regarding your booking status.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will result in a forfeited session without a refund.
  • If we cancel a session for any reason, a full refund or a free reschedule will be offered.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
