Virdi Global Accounting Solutions (VGAS) is a sole proprietorship founded in May 2026 by Amrita Virdi CPA (Aust.) with a vision to provide dependable and high-quality offshore accounting support to global accounting firms, with a strong focus on Australian CPA practices.
VGAS was established to help accounting firms streamline operational workload and create additional capacity to focus on higher-value activities such as client advisory, relationship management, and business growth.
As a business led by a full CPA Australia member with Australian accounting exposure, VGAS combines professional standards, reliability, confidentiality, and efficient service delivery.
Meet the Founder
Amrita Virdi CPA (Aust.) is the Founder and Owner of VGAS, an India-based offshore accounting support firm. Amrita is a full member of CPA Australia and holds a Master of Professional Accounting & Finance from Deakin University, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She brings nearly six years of combined accounting experience across Australia and India.
Prior to founding VGAS, Amrita worked for almost three years as an Accountant with FOXI Invest Pty Ltd in Australia, where she gained practical experience in Australian accounting workflows, bookkeeping, payroll support, financial reporting, and compliance-related support services. She also worked for nearly three years as a Financial Accountant in the healthcare sector in India, developing strong expertise in reconciliations, financial operations, reporting, and accounting process management.
